Well, I happen to be a "GS Follower" and he didn't tell me anything. (But, perhaps, that's because I knew what "a motion" was. Oh, and also what a CUBV "bankruptcy" might do for shareholders).
Anyhow, I think those who bought in on that tweet were simply wishful thinkers thinking/hoping they were gonna be ahead of the crowd that is surely (they thought) coming in after them.
