Here's what's next for $CUBV.
1) A motion for attorney's fees and cost which I will surely win.
2) Assuming that $CUBV has not paid off its creditors by then (yes, there are others), a bankruptcy petition.
3) A motion in Nevada court to give me control of $CUBV.

I hardly think that filing a motion for control means he will GET control.

IF (and it's a big IF) I get control of $CUBV, there will be a reverse split. This is necessary to eliminate the billions of shares issued to bad actors. The only reason I would seek control of $CUBV is to sue Kaplunovsky for malpractice.

Now who, based on those tweets, would actually believe GS was POSTIVELY going to get control of CUBV? I certainly didn't.

In fact, perhaps you should be THANKING him as he does seem to be giving current shareholders of CUBV a warning of what MIGHT be coming. ;-)
