I think, if anything, they burnt themselves. And not unlike anyone who bought in on, say, R*TC hoping GS was going to get custodianship of that one (and a couple others) but didn't.

Here's what's next for $CUBV.
1) A motion for attorney's fees and cost which I will surely win.
2) Assuming that $CUBV has not paid off its creditors by then (yes, there are others), a bankruptcy petition.
3) A motion in Nevada court to give me control of $CUBV.

Nowhere, that I can see, does it say GS is gonna get control of CUBV. Just tweeting that he, apparently, is going to file a couple motions for things.
