Who said the cost is 100,000? Patients are paying currently, for non-commercial production 200,000 or so I believe it has been suggested, and though there has been inflection, 5 years ago the price was $150,000 or so… so definitely not $100,000. Plus they may ultimately charge by the number of doses produced.

With 500 patients per year, $100,000/patient. The revenue is only 50M. What did I miss?

They presently have a capacity of 60/year. The revenue has been under $2M/year.
