I do not know if AVATAR results can offer big bang for the buck. So not sure if MC would see a significant increase. (Unless the FDA smiles at AVXL and bestows its blessings that every bio tech seeks).
I think a meaningful shift in MC will be driven by news of successful EXCELLENCE Trial. It will reveal AVXL's hidden potential which will be disseminated on Wall Street. (pipeline, # of trials in progress, different drug molecules, etc. all being considered).
FDA will have 3 Rett trials to look at; different age groups, more data in terms of sample size and varying dosages. So less ambiguity/what if scenarios, decision making is going to be quicker, with the odds of FDA approval lot higher should data be good. The timing would be close to AD read out coming in 2022 (hopefully) and that should attract bulls/buyers on Wall Street.
For now just throwing darts in the dark. Will know when the lights are switched on. (Pl.do not ask me when that will happen)
