I think maybe they got caught up in that whole 30-33 day thing, which was BS.
They had to do in-house testing, and then it was supposed to be 30-33 days after that. Or so it looked to me.
Plus they bragged that these guys would be able to certify them for the US.
Which again, was BS. The US DOT allows for Self-Certification.
Heck, after the in-house thing, seems that they already had the US practically done. (Except any differences between the US & Can.)
