Wish I knew more. Other than their PRs, it's really hard to find out information on what Saean is doing right now. I'm sure Saean wants it that way too.
Not that the lawsuit matters anymore, but based on the 12/14/21 Order, the case was in fact, dismissed and concluded (exact words used in Order). There's no case to try, no lawyers involved, and by their own admission, EMPM's previous officers were removed in July. So that looks like a court scheduling error.
SEC suspended EMPM 6 months ago for delinquent filings. So, I assume Saean has been working with SEC this whole time. I wouldn't think Saean would want their shell trading right now anyways...at least not until they're ready to use it.
I like Saean company and it's leadership. I continue to support their endeavors. Nothing is impossible. Patience...
