I am assuming this is in reference to the Kevin Duffy stint at the company (Who has since moved on to another company). This is nothing more than an erroneous assumption, nothing else. On the contrary if

then why did he LEAVE? In fact, his expertise is getting a product to market (Keytruda) so with his departure I think that kind of blows up your Kevin Duffy theory. In fact, one could argue that he did not see ENOUGH evidence to get it to the market thus his exit. But hey, don't let the facts get in the way.
Actually I can envision the conversation going something like this: "Guys, the data is just not conclusive enough but if you want to look longer be my guest. I have to go".
