The filings show he got Paul's shares. He didn't trade baseball cards for that. Big money is here. The street has just not figured that out yet.
It will be no different than someone hitting the ask with the cash. The PPS will adjust.
The float is the same but someone with million+ did take the risk. No one noticed.
