Judges don't need to be "sympathetic" they just need to start following the law instead of trying to re-write it at every turn and then relying on sympathy to justify their actions. Just do your dammed job.
Speak for yourself I’m ready to be made whole! They been sitting on my cash way too lagally long! Even when it first happened you could see they were going to make the money back in Record timing!I’m not even an accountant or a numbers guy and you could see it a mile away! Yet the government couldn’t!!! And even if they couldn’t they had an obligation to conserve which they did not! I’m not even calling it the government any more their conspirators and coconspirators! I want em all locked up!
