No one is expecting to get "made whole" tomorrow. We are just hoping for judges who are sympathetic to plaintiffs arguments / pressing on defendants positions like they did last time around as that will raise expectations for a positive ruling later in the year. Maybe we have nice green day but I wouldn't expect anything crazy until the actual ruling hits (especially when the market crashes 1-2% a day).
