Its worse than that...yes they have recourse...they can always spend money to sue...anyone can sue anyone in the US, that is our system...but...but...but...it will be thrown out as frivolous because of the releases and the examiner, and the judge, and the attorneys and the BK being wrapped up in a tight bow...the fix was in...we got screwed...move on
