We may never know. My biggest issue is this suit stopped a deal. That brings into question whether the deal was anything substantial in the 1st place. This is a nickel and dime lawsuit and the world stopped for the "company". How can that be? Many companies have dogs nipping at their heels but that doesn't stop the whole show.
