Would a3-71 and higher dosage
Be better for exciting S1r expression more quickly and / or overall expression?

Would A3-71 be able to reach bio systems with lesser S1r expression with higher dosage?

Would a3-71 be able to reach the eyes?
The reproductive systems?

My concerns are about long term use. I know about maintenance after disruption is good, im talking about how long for on/off maintenance, permanent reversal at some point, tolerance inducing plateau or decompensation, long term use inducing adverse reaction .... of course depends on many factors, mainly genetic but answers we wont have for 5,10,15,25,40 years.
