IMO, NICE plays the game backwards.

They do not use science to set the price. They negotiate a price and use whatever science they can to argue their position.

At the end of the "day" they will agree on a price and everybody will say the QALY backs it. Like magic.

OK, call me a cynic. I admit it.

There will be no longer study required, unless AMRN wants to hold their price position.
