Ex, are you telling me that you do not believe MHRA would stop the specials program if they knew the drug didn’t look effective or that they have not yet seen the data?

No.

MHRA has never approved DCVax-L for Specials. That is not how the program works.

They have approved Royal and now Swaston to manufacture unlicensed medicines on a one-off basis when ordered by an MD to treat a special case patient. There is no list of "Special" medicines. The approved facilities can manufacture basically anything.
