Bourbon, what would be your guesstimate for the revenue gained by FDA approving the adult Rett Syndrome ahead of waiting for the Excellent FDA approval and win the voucher?

Missling estimates the Rett revenue to be between 2 to 6 Billion USD annually, of course some of that would be the adolescent too, (could some of that may be prescribed off label?). I may be wrong, but that is such a wide spread from a man who has a good handle on the likely figures, that I think the 2 Billion USD is for the US, and 6 Billion USD is for world wide revenues.

For comparison in lost revenue by not going the Adult route, figure the Rett voucher for Excellent to be worth round $100 million USD.

The one factor that is most important cannot be measured in USD. That is the suffering in time between the two targets.

I would be interested on your or anyone else here's take? It is a worthy subject IMO. What say you, anyone?
