Don't get me wrong, even on the OTC a big PR could provide momentum and there is a core group of dedicated shareholders and if NWBO actually stopped seeming to fight price appreciation and got out and pushed then the engine could start and we could get to $10.00 within the year. It could happen under those conditions but it would require more time, that's all.
