NOPE THAT WOULD BE AUTOMATIC LAWSUIT: I think the 8K with management incentives today after market close and pr 7:00 AM tuesday morning

Mgt can't get options now without releasing data first. That would be a slam-dunk lawsuit if the stock rose at all on the news. Mgt said it is "round the corner" so they know it is coming, and if material, they can't give options without letting the market know the results first.
