Not necessarily because NWBO has historically been quite happy to let shareholders find out at the last minute or even after the fact that something good that is scheduled or expected is not going to happen.
From their perspective, why feed the negativity, even a little, by revealing any earlier than necessary that Dr. Bosch will not be presenting?
As I said elsewhere though, this is not really a rug pull because no one who knows NWBO would put much faith in this presentation happening, or if it did, that it would matter much to shareholders based upon the content.
