Two scenarios.

To me it seems as if they we're still ready to go Jan 10th. - the small change of time. Canceling I believe one small thing in the greater plan somehow have taken longer time than they predicted - or delayed - which they either considered essential for Bosch to be able to talk about the topic at the seminar, or which just delayed the publication a bit. And I suppose Bosch can not speak about the topic, without TLD having been released.
