Agreed. Especially since these PDD results have never been seen before.

Maybe Avatar together with the PDD OLE will be strong enough to make something happen.

What? Who knows but it seems that future trials are being held up and looking for definitive direction.

PDD is such a different indication that it's highly unlikely. The Rett TLR may be holding up the rest of the neurodevelopmental rare disease program.

I wrote this two months ago, and think it is still correct. The trials "undisclosed" and Angelman and FragileX are related to, and dependent upon the Rett Avatar results.

I suspect when the Avatar TLD PR comes out, there will be numerous communications soon afterwards, updating the other trial statuses.
