PS: Surprised he didn't do the 50B that they did on the ticker that he serves on the board of.
Last June he snuck off to Wy. to raise the AS's, whilst he had everyone watching Nv. and the "Just Re-Instated" filing there. Now while this time not filing in Wy., but instead filing a 14C with the SEC, he shows that he's raising it again. And in that filing, he shows that it will officially happen within 20 days of Jan. 3rd. Which I assume will be when we see it show up in Wy. I live this guy, Sly & a big set of stones. lol
