Last June he snuck off to Wy. to raise the AS's, whilst he had everyone watching Nv. and the "Just Re-Instated" filing there.
Now while this time not filing in Wy., but instead filing a 14C with the SEC, he shows that he's raising it again.
And in that filing, he shows that it will officially happen within 20 days of Jan. 3rd. Which I assume will be when we see it show up in Wy.
I live this guy, Sly & a big set of stones. lol

True Long: I don't have the time to be active, or I screwed up.
Nothing honorable about holding a stock you think will fall.
