shipwithoutarudder I bought my stock, starting with FITX in 2014, then CENB spun off FITX while keeping my shares in FITX & shares in CENB . Another transfer of stock & then I owned shares in Fresh promise foods FPFI & CENB. I sold CENB for a good profit. FPFI then acquired ROAG & here I wait. My shares were "restricted" at the name change & RS. I'm now waiting for ROAG to finally make $$$$$. It looks like these shares will be unrestricted after either 1 or 2 yrs. from the time that they were restricted.
