I appreciate the info on those restricted shares, looks as though there are quite a few restricted shares according to the OTC website, like 251 million and only 61 million unrestricted with the float being 56 million and the number that really counts at the moment is the 50 million held at DTC. That DTC number is quite small for a penny stock and assuming the financials when reported are what most expect them to be those shares will have been flipped several times over, of course that's AIMHO!
