And the reason for that is, stinky pinks are so stinky they don't have enough liquid assets to be sued for in a large class action! That's a negative, not a positive! If these were real businesses with even just bad capital structures, some of them would be sued.
Basically the entire world knows that pinks are to be avoided and garbage.... the exception to that are the pink sheet investors.
