Ham. We need the MITIGATE CV results to confirm the R-IT results ...as much as possible .
Otherwise Dr Nissen's false positive trial results claim..... hangs out there .

If anything the population in MITIGATE will be higher risk then those in R-IT ....ALL secondary prevention, prior event I believe and median age over 70 ( my guess )
The patient numbers in MITIGATE will be very close to the US population portion of R-IT

We may not get the 2 yr data on this till late 2023 .......but we want it to be close to the 2 yr data they saw in R-IT

Imagine if you were the Ceo of a large Pharma that bt AMRN now ...and the 2 yr CV results in MITIGATE showed little divergence between the study arms !
