Today, I called the 2 #'s on the Jan 13th recent filing. Called Gina in Texas ( 713-992-7858 ) for 10 seconds and she was at a Dr. office so could not talk. She said someone would return my call. Then I called The Delaware # ( 302-538-4165 ). I do not remember the chaps name but we spoke for 15 minutes. He was the fastest speaker that I have ever talked. My 1st. language is English but it took all my concentration to pickup one word in 5. Not sure that I learned anymore than before but at least someone picked up the phone.
The chap holds over 100 million shares in one form or another. I said that I had been averaging down for the past yr. and was getting frustrated as to the lack of movement ie. back to at least .10 levels. etc.
I have no inside info. I am ready to move on w/ my $ but first would like to see at least .12. I think that this will run w/o any serious news. Just the MM"s and insiders saying to ring the cash register. Keep eyes open. Look at the fast runup last yr. ( peaked at .31 then closed the day at .15.
I'm in Calif. so my market opens at 6:30AM so for sure my eyes are open for a fast run.

The channels of communication have opened up w/ HENC. Always nice when company officials ( IR , co. officials or mayor shareholders ) either pick up the phone or return calls. I appears that HENC is on the right track. Huge market to tap. As we know med. pot is everywhere. As we all know understand obtaining permits is a nose bleed situation ie. whatever it may be. Building or otherwise.
For a clarification as to my remark about the chap being a fast talker. It was not made as a defamation of character but as we all know fast talker in any language are generally HIGHLY INTELLIGENT and assume that we rest of us can keep up.
I have been reviewing the past filings and it appears as though we could see sooner than I had thought possible. In any case, I have been adding to my position since last yr. In fact I have not sold even one share. If the PPS can run to .31 last yr. then why not even higher in 2022? .50 would make a nice downpayment on a coastal condo in Kauai. BUY and HOLD !!!!!!!!!!!!!
