Off topic epiphany..

Have you ever seen light waves glimmer at the bottom of a pool or along the shallow edge of a lake or ocean..

That glimmering is akin to the neural flow around the cortex of the brain..

Because of the amorphous nature of thought I was thinking that

The brain is only a medium for thought but the storage of its memory just might be beyond the skull itself.

On another level so to speak.

In a similar way that our lungs are only half of the story to breathing. The forest and by extension the "outside" environment is the other half.
