I'm sure there are ways for them to do this. What is the limit where they are required to file?

It's very obvious to me that .05 is there magic number and they will pump it back to that number. Like I said earlier, it appears to be getting more difficult as the trend is down. I'm expecting they will get there again this time, but with a lower high. Ultimately, going delinquent on their filings is a big red flag and it will become much more difficult to pump up the price. They need to execute in the next 30 days...imo or this tests sub .02s once again and maybe the 52 week low... ouch.

again the statement made that the transactions have to be revealed in an SEC filing within days, is also not true.

WE can keep narrowing down the statements but one thing will hold true, there is an avenue where SEC is simply not involved that a company can have a share "sell".

I'm not sure about toxic debt but toxic equity is what I would more concerned about
