That's correct, but in those cases, especially if they involve significant cash in exchange for shares, those transactions have to be revealed in an SEC filing within days of the transaction and the shares typically are restricted from immediate sale and unregistered. In other words, we would know if there was any toxic debt. Bots/mCig has never had any toxic debt in the past and there is absolutely no reason to believe that it has any now.
