Agreed. He was mostly just in the right place at the right time and history has smiled on him. He also says that he finds it difficult going against convention. He questions timing of immunotherapy but I think the data supports better timing, see recent open clinical trial posted by AEK earlier this morning, combined with what we have seen in combo trials so far.
