FDIC ordered escrow in account and LTI also ordered hold escrow in accounts so there are two orders now if one removes then second stays in force. Those two has nothing to do with each other, just like one person has multiple warrants from various states or agencies and if one is withdrawn but other will remain in effect. Same scenario.. LTI can ask to remove but second order will still keep it there..
