Another scenario is TCRI pays back Ali for his investment capital and retains all his shares and leaves himself sitting really good if his feelings is that Bitcoin continues it northernly trajectory....
I think all investors would be fine with this arrangement and he leaves more skin in the game....
lot of positive reasons to fold it into this shell is what I'm getting at!!! And I would rather actually see this scenario... ;-) for a myriad of reasons!
