Perhaps the target company will wait. They have not gone public until now. We don't know the particulars so your speculation is valid if they'll wait or not. We can discuss this from now until whenever. The merger is still tabled according to GM. So the waiting is the stressor. If you're in it to win it, then hold on. GL.

Very possible, Merger's can take awhile without these complications. lets just hope this is resolved within those time lines. Myself I'm invested in what will be a completely clean shell, good enough for me, profitable down the road even if the road just got longer with a few more turns thrown in, such is life. I will be adding as we move forward .GLTA

Could take the target company that until June to find another shell and close the deal anyhow.
