Noun. 1. summary judgement - a judgment rendered by the court prior to a verdict because no material issue of fact exists and one party or the other is entitled to a judgment as a matter of law.
Hopefully GM has enough proof to support this and the judge will throw it out

Thnx HDL for that info. This could take until June to resolve if a summary judgement is not granted to GM. Most certainly wish Jan 21st is a win for us.
