I have not heard ML stutter before he is quite articulate.

I also do not believe him stating they could transfer to TWO foundries would imply they were limiting themselves. It could just be a Freudian slip implying there are 2 they have the most immediate opportunity to partner with and both are really big foundries.

Could be nothing and I am not sure we will know for certain but let's see what announcements come out.

I initially thought it was a stutter as well. ("to...to the big foundries") but I believe he snuck an "of" in there. ("to, two of the big foundries") Difficult to tell...not sure that it matters.

I agree he only said “to to the big foundries” there was no “of”
