This is indeed good news. I'm glad to see IVDN is signing agreements with market experts to market its products to various industries. I think that IVDN (i.e. Joe) has so far shown that by itself, it is incapable of generating any real sales volume. By partnering with established players in the construction and apparel industries, as they recently have, IVDN can now leverage the expertise and inside access that they just wouldn't be able to get on their own.

I expect it'll take 2-3 years for the apparel partnership to generate any real sales volume; clothing lines are seasonal and mapped out in advance and this is a new raw material for clothing manufacturers to work into their product lines. Maybe we'll start seeing returns on that in the 2022-2023 winter season but I suspect it'll be the 23-24 season before there's appreciable sales in the apparel market.

In the homebuilding space I think it's possible that we'll see much faster returns. Unless I'm very much mistaken, the Insultex product can be installed just like the Tyvek product it replaces, so homebuilders have almost no learning curve and there are no features of the market that would limit when builders could start using the product, unlike the clothing market.

Having said that, Construction Component Sales is a small player in a very large market. With total sales <$5M last year (https://www.zoominfo.com/c/construction-component-sales-inc/346099095), we're not going to see millions of dollars in sales instantaneously. With luck, this distributor will be able to partner with a custom homebuilder to get Insultex into the real world and generate some exposure and industry buzz.

With luck, these two deals will generate interest from much larger players in these industries-- I sure hope there were no exclusivity clauses in those agreements!

Construction Component Sales, Inc has been a distributor for 9 months. Have they sold any Insultex? Or is this another worthless agreement?
