Funny thing is, I had just completed the following post when kev's post appeared

My post:

"It is dangerous to confuse allegations with facts. What GM presented were Allegations. If the Judge considered the allegations as Facts, we would not be sitting here waiting for news of a merger.
A major mistake is wanting a decision to be a certain way, so we convince ourselves that the allegations are facts, and those facts are indisputable. It don’t work that way. You don’t win a case based on allegations. I suggest we don’t determine the outcome based on what we want. Maybe, we should just wait and do a post game interview."

It is just like in the movies, One guy shoots and then ducks. then the next guy shoots and ducks...No one gets hit. Most of litigation is posturing.

There are a couple of reason for the current filing. I'll just keep to myself. I don't think that analyzing with, "...which means" is an appropriate way to handle submitted Docs not yet reviewed by the Judge..
