under a different label.
that's ok.
but to have a Japanese citizen or Canadian
open a distillery and make cheap grain (not malt)
whisky and depend on a multitude of blends
and call it scotch,
is fraud.
just like the Bourbon industry.
My state of Maine has dozens of distilleries
putting out "Bourbon" in a multitude of flavors
some w/$400/$500. price tag.
there is only one Bourbon county.
same goes with charts.
no ancient dead Japanese general
is going to tell me how to trade
AVXL.
