Explain how they used 10 billion shares BEFORE the increase when they only had 2 billion left in the reserve at the time of the court settlement.

MY STICKIED POST EXPLAINS IT CLEARLY and note the date it was posted.

Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to have paid off the debt because the shares were not available.
