LOL Debt paid off? NOT EVEN CLOSE. With the share price where it is and the amount of shares left to distribute before the increase, just a small fraction of the the debt could have been covered.
As for a reverse split, yeah, not now but doesn't matter. Either way results in MASSIVE DILUTION.
