Just the EOY 2021 bs that coop has to reveal the assets before distribution was to take place now EOY 2022 same scenario. Let alone the bs that coop had to 50 pps has all been bs by the OG….there has been nothing the OG has been right about anything in reference to escrows. Watch January will pass with no distribution even for the notes…..however there is the narrative he is the most knowledgeable about escrows yet we all wait……
