Things have changed in the OTC since you last looked, however far in the distant past that was. PVSP is Pink Current Information, which is ok for some, but there are the OTCQB and OTCQX tiers, which PVSP management should strive for. Or get off the OTC altogether and move to the AMEX possibly. But that would take a lot of mop-and-bucket work, and a reverse split.
