Again, ignoring the issues at hand. Pvsp currently has audited financials and re the not so distant past was an SEC filer with an independent auditor while being pink current in the OTC. There is no ‘clean up’ necessary to become a SEC filer or move to a higher tier. BTW, what do you find lacking in the pvsp audited financials compared to an independent audit, please be specific?????
