The reply I got on November 12 is that the deal is signed now its up to the CPAs counsel and regulatory in-chsrge compliance etc. To guide the management of both companies to confirm when to close. The company also said it failed to understand all the assumptions among investors

So guy we're probably closer then we think to seeing updates
