Dancing, Judge Andrews's decision is not truly a material event it's just another brick in the wall. GSK hasn't announced or even PR'd the TEVA v GSK decision. It's probably in their financial footnotes that's about it.
But Amarin should PR the event just for a little connection to the outside world.
Frustrating to say the least. The form 4's filed late last night explains the downticks in the stock at the close every day and we thought it was tax loss selling. LOLOLOL
