A company CANNOT retire shares it does not own.
NOT HAPPENING SUNSHINE

- A company cannot buy back any meaningful amount of shares without significant capital. NOT HAPPENING.

- Share buy backs are material information that REQUIRES 8K filings.

- EEGI has NEVER filed for a share buy back AND more importantly:

** EEGI HAS NEVER STATED THEY WERE EVER CONSIDERING A SHARE BUY BACK OF EEGI SHARES. NOT ONCE EVER.

Share buy back LIES are just MORE of of the same LIES coming from teh SAME LIARS.

( LIES LIKE: EEGI will be 8 BILLION DOLLAR MARKET CAP last year.)
