Abe1234, Prior to Du, I was naive about the integrity level of the courts. As JL used to say, Amarin's invention was so clearly not obvious, that "a baby could see it." When everyone can see it but the Judge, we can conclude that the patents weren't lost, but rather stolen. Every single guardrail failed.
I would imagine Amarin's internal and external legal counsel would know their adverseries, including Judges to choose the more favorable jurisdiction. If they did, and I believe they should have, then they compounded the failure by raising the risk of defeat. But we lost on fraud, not on any conceivable merit.
As you probably know, Du recently ruled in short, immigration law is racist. Calls for her impeachment followed her ruling.
